Happy Friday, Hampton Township! There is a lot to do in the area this weekend for the whole family, starting with this evening:

From 6 to 10:30 p.m., the Hampton Summer Pool Party will be held at Hampton Community Pool and Grubbs Pavilion. There will be live music by Cue Ball, games, food trucks, prizes and more. The suggested donation is $10 per person or $25 per family. All money raised benefits Hampton Community Park projects. Feel free to bring chairs, blankets, lawn games and coolers. The pool is located at 3101 McCully Road, Allison Park.

On Saturday, couples can head to the St. Richard Parish Upper Pavilion at 6:30 p.m. for the Forever “I Do” Marriage Ministry’s Cookout & Games Date Night. Enjoy a bonfire, cookout and games. Hotdogs, buns, condiments, drinks and s’mores will be provided. Couples should bring a side dish to share. If it rains, the event will move into the Saint Richard Social Hall and feature board and card games. For more information, call Joyce Marcinizyn at 412-216-0266.

On Sunday, the B.B. King Blues Band featuring Michael Lee performs at the Hartwood Acres Amphitheatre. Melinda Colaizzi & The Night Sky will open the show. The show is free and will take place rain or shine. Food trucks open at 6 p.m. and the show begins at 7:30 p.m.
