Stanley Cup champ helps youth ‘Give Hockey a Shot’ at North Park Skating Rink

North Park Skating Rink was the site of the “Give Hockey a Shot” program on Jan. 25 where children had the chance to learn the basics of hockey. Former Pittsburgh Penguin and Stanley Cup champion Tyler Kennedy was on hand to offer instruction and encouragement as kids of all skill levels were able to learn more about the game. The event was sponsored by the Penguins Foundation. In addition to Kennedy, other coaches and hockey players were on hand to share their knowledge.
