Twenty-five lucky Hampton High School students were awarded tickets to the Nov. 19 Pittsburgh Penguins game as part of an effort to reward students engaged in random acts of kindness throughout the school day.

On Friday, Nov. 15, names of winners were drawn from a basket that contained raffle tickets submitted by teachers. Each teacher in the building received four raffle tickets and was asked to nominate students who were being kind, helping to build a safe and healthy school climate or adding value to the classroom or school.

Each student drawn as part of the raffle received two tickets to the game. Tickets were donated by the Pittsburgh Penguins.
